SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) - Dr Steve Kim of Northridge Dental Group, formerly Carmichael Dental, has recently relocated to a new office at 6600 Madison Ave Suite in Carmichael. The recent move will better serve his patients in the greater Carmichael, Fair Oaks, and Rancho Cordova area. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dr Kim is excited to offer a range of new products and services for his patients who are considering dental implants to replace missing teeth and for patients who struggle daily with dentures.

Northridge Dental Group has the latest technology for optimum patient treatment, education, and comfort. Dr. Kim encourages his patients to be active participants in their oral health.

Digital X-ray, CT, CAD/CAM, and CBCT scans are used to help patients to understand their oral health and to visualize their treatment options. Patient comfort is extremely important to Dr Kim, and he offers sedation for patients who are fearful or for those who require extensive treatment.

Dr. Kim said he is passionate about providing patients with high quality, cutting-edge dentistry. His interest in modern, advanced dental technology and his dedication to lifelong learning allows him to present his patients with complex treatment plans with full confidence.

Dr. Kim is also involved in numerous postgraduate courses, teaches implant courses and conducts live surgery continuing education seminars. His interest in dental implants and his love for teaching led to his involvement with Hiossen Dental Implants. Dr. Kim enjoys being an active member of the Sacramento District Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley and went on to obtain his Ph.D. in Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Southern California. He then returned to Northern California and has been practicing dentistry in Sacramento since 2001.

When he’s not working, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with his friends and family. In particular, he loves practicing his golf game.
