Bonnie Kathleen Gross entered into rest on March 2, 2024, at 91 years of age.

She was born Bonnie Kathleen Williams on Sept. 2, 1932, in Galt, California, to Ethel and Lee Williams. She attended Galt schools and graduated high school in 1950. The following November she married her high school sweetheart, Otto Gross.

Together they had three sons, Kenny, Keith and Jeff. She was busy in her early married years taking care of her family and helping her husband run their business, Otto Gross & Sons water well drilling.

Bonnie enjoyed sewing, cooking and exercising, along with many other activities. Later she became interested in decorating and spent many years wall-papering model homes and commercial offices.

Bonnie was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed luncheons and fun activities, too many to mention, with her friends.

She loved to travel. She and Otto cruised to St. Thomas, Hawaii, Alaska and Mexico.

Bonnie also liked to fish. There were many memorable camping trips with family and friends. She loved spending time at their cabin in Lake Tahoe, and really looked forward to those gambling trips to Carson Valley!

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Otto; her son Keith (Gail); daughter-in-law Diane; brothers Gene and Toney; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Ethel Williams; brothers Harold, Charlie, Kenny and Gordon; and sisters, Helen, Dorothy and Pola. Also her sons Kenny and Jeff, and her granddaughter Kendra.
