Bradshaw Christian Takes Down the Hawks

GALT, CA (MPG) - The varsity Liberty Ranch Hawks had a tough game against the No. 1 in league Bradshaw Christian, losing 9-49 at home on Friday, Oct. 18.
Junior varsity, on the other hand, was able to score consistently every quarter and beat Bradshaw 28-13.
For varsity, star rusher Joseph Brown was held to 120 yards on 19 carries, while sophomore Andrew Quinn managed 89 yards on 12 carries.
Quarterback Wyatt Blevins rushed 12 yards on three carries and completed one of five pass attempts to Brody Johnston for 5 yards.

Sean O’Brien was kept busy participating in 11 tackles, while Johnston (back from an injury) managed 10 tackles. Camren Hudsen had nine; Brown, seven; Axel Torres, six; Cesar Becerra, six; George Adrian, five; Joseph Adams, five; Andres Raya, five; Landon Peterson, three; and Lucas Temple, Easton Tucker and Andrew Quinn each had two.
George Adrian sacked the Bradshaw quarterback once while Axel Torres and Cesar Becerra shared a sack.
The Hawks are ranked third in league and will play Rosemont on Friday, Oct. 25, for senior night.
