“As a team, we are going to miss our senior leadership next year,” Petersen went on to say. “We do have many first-time runners this year that gained much experience. It is rewarding for our varsity boys team to advance to the section championships for the second year in a row. I am also very happy for senior Emilyann Sheldon who advanced after having to sit out last year.”
