Galt Hosts First Saturday Market of the Season

The city of Galt kicked off its first Saturday Market of the year on Saturday, March 1 with an event themed after St. Patrick’s Day. The event, held on the Fourth Street Promenade, featured around 125 vendors, cooking demonstrations, events for the kids and ample amounts of food booths. The next Saturday market will be held on April 5 and will be themed around “Touch a Truck,” where kids will be able to experience different large trucks, including police vehicles, fire trucks, lawn mowers, tree trimming trucks and more.
