SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - Carlie McCormick has been selected as this week’s Hawk of the Week at Cosumnes River College. McCormick, a Liberty Ranch grad, is in her second season playing for CRC. McCormick brought unmatched intensity and energy to the court, playing a pivotal role in the Hawks’ dominant 5-0 sweeps over both Marin and Solano colleges. 

According to a news release, her performance was nothing short of electric; she finished the day with an impressive 23 kills and nine aces in two matches.

Whether it was fueling momentum with the powerful swings or putting pressure on the serve, McCormick’s impact was felt in every match. Her leadership and competitive spirit continue to set the tone for the Hawks’ success.
