Galt High Softball Teams Split the Day

GALT, CA (MPG) - Friday proved to be an eventful day for Galt High School’s softball program as both the varsity and junior varsity teams took to the field, showcasing their skills and determination in separate matches.

The varsity squad traveled to El Dorado and made a strong impression, securing their second league victory of the season with an impressive 13-3 win. 

The team demonstrated solid pitching and hitting throughout the game, displaying their growth and resilience as they continue their pursuit to improve their skills.

Back in town, the junior varsity team engaged in an electrifying matchup against Tracy High School. The game was a back-and-forth battle, with both teams exhibiting great offense and teamwork.

Fans filled the stands, cheering enthusiastically for their teams, creating an electric atmosphere in the complex. Although the JV game was not a league match, the excitement on the field resonated with the crowd, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

The scores from the junior varsity game have not yet been posted on MaxPreps, but the sense of camaraderie and passion shown by the players underscored the spirit of Galt High softball.
