Due to anticipated high temperatures, the Galt Police Department will keep its lobby open as a cooling center.

The cooling center will be available from noon to 8 p.m. on Aug. 21 through Aug. 23, in the Galt Police Department Lobby, located at 455 Industrial Drive.

Water will be available to anyone attending the cooling center by request.
