GALT, CA (MPG) - The Liberty Ranch Hawks girls flag football team delivered a commanding performance at home on Sept. 8, shutting out the Franklin Wildcats of Elk Grove 33-0 in a dominant display of offensive firepower and defensive prowess.

The Hawks wasted no time establishing their dominance, jumping out to a 12-0 lead in the first quarter and never looking back. Liberty Ranch maintained its momentum throughout the contest, adding seven points in each of the remaining three quarters to build an insurmountable lead.

The Hawks’ offensive attack was led by quarterback Kamrynn Blevins, who orchestrated the high-scoring performance with precision passing and smart decision-making. Blevins found excellent chemistry with her primary targets, connecting repeatedly with receivers Gianna Farron and Madisyn Robbins throughout the evening.

The Hawks proved to be unstoppable against Franklin’s defense, with Blevins consistently finding open receivers and delivering passes that allowed her targets to make plays downfield. The balanced offensive approach kept the Wildcats’ defense off-balance and unable to mount any sustained resistance.

While the offense grabbed the headlines with their 33-point outburst, the Hawks’ defense was equally impressive in recording the shutout victory. Liberty Ranch’s defensive unit consistently pressured Franklin’s offense, forcing turnovers and preventing any sustained drives into Hawks territory.

The complete team effort on defense ensured that Franklin never found a rhythm offensively, with the Wildcats unable to capitalize on any scoring opportunities throughout the four quarters.

The consistent scoring output demonstrated the Hawks’ ability to maintain their intensity and execution throughout the entire game, never allowing Franklin to gain any momentum or hope for a comeback.

The shutout performance also highlights the depth and talent of the Hawks’ defensive unit, which will be crucial as they face tougher competition throughout their schedule.

With this dominant play in the books, the Liberty Ranch Hawks have sent a clear message to their opponents that they will be a force reckon with this season.  They will face a tough opponent on Sept. 16 at St Mary’s in Stockton. League play will begin on Sept. 18 in an away game against Amador.
