GALT, CA (MPG) - The upcoming City Council meeting will review Galt Municipal Code Chapter 8.20.110, “Unlawful Public Nuisances Declared,” which addresses parking and storage of boats, trailers, campers, motor homes and other vehicles on residential properties.

In June, a community survey was conducted to gather feedback on current residential vehicle regulations. Join to hear the results and participate in the discussion.

Residents can participate by attending in person Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 380 Civic Drive.

Participants are encouraged to share their thoughts by speaking during the public comment period.

If you cannot attend in person, you can participate or stay informed virtually by watching the live stream at 6 p.m. at CityOfGalt.org/WatchLiveCityCouncil.

Comments received by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be distributed to the City Council, included in the official minutes and posted on the city website prior to the meeting.

Note that all written public comments are considered public record and will not be read aloud during the meeting.

The city encourages all community members interested in the survey results and City Council discussion to participate.
