“I was pleased with the performance of our runners,” said head coach Bruce Peterson. “The team has faced a demanding schedule, competing in three races over the past 12 days. In the last two events, our athletes encountered hilly terrain, which made it more challenging. The Sierra Valley Conference features some of the strongest teams in Division 4 and 5. Although our team is comprised of many young athletes, we are making progress and showing improvement every day.”
The Warriors returned to action on Saturday, Sept. 27 at Foothill High School in Sacramento.
