GALT, CA (MPG) - The City of Galt featured Brewster’s Kitchen & Cocktails on its “Discover Galt” section of its Sept. 26 newsletter.

This local restaurant is celebrating its grand reopening in the historic Brewster Building, bringing a fresh and exciting dining experience to our community.

Brewster’s has returned with a creative menu that puts a modern twist on local favorites, while still serving the classic dishes that made it a Galt favorite.

Guests can savor the exclusive limited menu, featuring Crispy Duck Tots, Garlic Butter Prawn Bruschetta, spicy Cajun Pasta, and juicy Meatloaf Medallions, all crafted from scratch for a flavor-packed experience.

The kitchen is paired with a full bar and 12 beer taps. Whether you’re grabbing a casual bite or celebrating a night out, Brewster’s has something for everyone.

Hours of operation are Tuesday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday to Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Closed on Monday.
