SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - Senator Roger Niello released a statement Nov. 4 following the passing of former vice president of the United States Dick Cheney:

“Former Vice President Dick Cheney spent decades in public service with passion and integrity. He was a fighter for our nation while battling many of his own health challenges with resilience, and his leadership as our nation’s Vice President strengthened the country during some of the most difficult times in our history. Rest in peace.”

State Sen. Roger Niello represents District 6, which includes the cities of Galt and Herald in Sacramento County and Roseville in Placer County.
