County Opens Grant Applications for Nonprofits

GALT, CA (MPG) - The city announced in its latest newsletter that eligible local nonprofits can apply for funding through Sacramento County’s Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) Grant Program.

The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors is continuing to support local nonprofit organizations through the program for Fiscal Year 2026-27, with a total of $1 million in grant funding available.

Nonprofits offering community-based programs or services in economic and workforce development, arts and culture, community development, or health and human services are encouraged to apply.

Funding will be awarded through a competitive process, and applicants must meet established eligibility requirements. Applications are being accepted online through Feb. 6.
