Senator Honors Shockley with Two Resolutions

GALT, CA (MPG) - Shockley, a local resident and retired U.S. Navy veteran, was honored Friday, Jan. 30 with two Senate Concurrent Resolutions from Sen. Roger Niello in recognition of his work in ostomy and colon cancer advocacy. The resolutions were presented at the Coffee Shop Bakery and included one recognizing Familial Adenomatous Polyposis Awareness Week, the condition Shockley has been diagnosed with; and another recognizing World Ostomy Day.
