GALT, CA (MPG) - The City of Galt is excited to welcome the community back for the first Saturday Market of the season, and it’s in full bloom!

Celebrate the start of spring with fresh air, vibrant flowers and a street filled with talented local makers in the heart of the community. Guests can stroll through garden favorites, spring décor, handmade goods, fresh finds and one-of-a-kind treasures, all while enjoying delicious eats from a variety of food vendors.

The March 7 kickoff event will feature live music from Listen Hear Band, performing from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the main stage. The Community Stage will also host DJ Brian King, who will spin music throughout the entire event.

With spring sunshine, beautiful blooms and a vibrant community atmosphere, the Saturday Market is the perfect way to welcome the season.

The kickoff event will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the 4th Street Promenade. The Saturday Market series will continue the first Saturday of each month, March through November, bringing live entertainment, unique vendors and family-friendly fun to the Fourth Street Promenade.
