GALT, CA (MPG) - Francisco Javier Gallegos is the oldest of four children to Francisco and Maricela Gallegos. He attended Fairsite Preschool, River Oaks Elementary School and then began Venture Academy in Stockton for high school. He attended Cosumnes River College and ultimately started working for Caltrans for three years and City of Galt as a recreational worker simultaneously.

Then in 2025, Gallegos decided to join the California Highway Patrol academy in West Sacramento. He graduated Feb. 6 as a California Highway Patrol officer and was placed in the City of Willows.

The Gallegos family said, “We’re very proud of him, but give God all the glory for all his accomplishments.”
