GALT, CA (MPG) - With spring in full swing, events at Barsetti Vineyard Tasting Room are set to bloom with live entertainment, art and, of course, wine.

Residents and visiting wine enthusiasts can look forward to a variety of events scheduled throughout April and May, including live music, interactive classes and a creative paint session.

Live Music 

Live music remains a staple at the tasting room, with returning performances from local favorites. Phil & da Pinots, a regular dance band known for playing hits from the 60s through the 90s, will perform from 6 to 9 p.m. on Fridays, including April 10, April 24, May 15 and May 30.

Another crowd favorite, 4th Street Band, performs music from the 70s through the 90s and includes members of Phil & da Pinots as well as Galtonian Tony Keesee. Performances are scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, including April 18 and May 23.

Line Dance and Karaoke

For those looking to get involved, the tasting room will host line dance classes followed by karaoke band practice on select Sundays. The line dance class begins at noon and is free with the purchase of wine. At 1 p.m., the band begins practice and karaoke, with attendees encouraged to participate by singing or playing an instrument.

Line Dance Class and Karaoke Band Practice will be held from noon to 4 p.m. on April 12, May 10 and May 24.

Paint & Sip

The Barsetti Vineyards Tasting Room will also offer a Paint & Sip event at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 30, led by artist Beth Bates. The cost is $45 per person, which includes all materials and instruction. Reservations can be made by visiting Paintnite.com, selecting “Find events near me,” and entering Beth Bates in the search bar.
